Good to know

Your questions, answered.

What is personal color analysis?

It is a styling assessment of the color families that may complement your natural features. Your guide turns that assessment into practical choices for clothing, beauty, and accessories. Photo-based analysis depends on the quality and lighting of the photos supplied.

What do I receive?

Your assessed color season and subtype where confidently identifiable, a personal palette, everyday neutrals and accent colors, guidance on shades to approach carefully, and a phone-friendly color reference. This product does not include a wardrobe or hair analysis.

How do I submit my photos?

After checkout, complete your form about yourself and your preferences, and upload your photos there. Our color experts will use your answers and photos to prepare your personal analysis.

What photos will I upload?

Upload your photos in the form after ordering. Use clear, unfiltered photos in natural daylight, with your face visible. Avoid strong shadows, colored lighting and heavy makeup.

How long does delivery take?

Our color experts will send your full report within 24 hours of receiving your completed form and photos.

Is this a physical product?

No. You receive a digital PDF by email. Nothing is shipped, and no physical shipping charge applies.

Do I need to understand color seasons?

No. Your report explains the assessment in clear language and focuses on how to use your colors in everyday life.

Can lighting or makeup affect the result?

Yes. Lighting, filters, makeup, camera settings, and dyed hair can change the colors visible in a photo. We review photo suitability and may request new photos before continuing.

How are my photos protected?

Your photos are kept private and used only to prepare your personal analysis. We delete them 7 days after delivering your report. For privacy questions, contact chromelie.analysis@gmail.com.

What if my photos are unsuitable?

We will ask for replacement photos and explain what needs to change. Your analysis is prepared once suitable photos are available; please contact us if you need help.
