Chromelie

Privacy policy

Draft for owner review — not approved for launch. The store remains closed while the remaining policy terms are confirmed.

About Chromelie

Chromelie is operated by Viktorija Venckeviciute as an individual business operator, trading as Chromelie. Customer support and photo submissions: chromelie.analysis@gmail.com.

The operator’s business contact address and retention periods must be confirmed before launch. Contact us through our contact page.

Information used for your order

We use your name, checkout email, order reference, and the photos you choose to send to prepare and review your purchased color analysis. You may optionally tell us if your hair is dyed. Do not submit identity documents, medical information, or unnecessary sensitive details.

Private photo submission

Photos are submitted as private email attachments rather than public storefront files. They are used for fulfillment and are not published as examples without separate permission. Access should be limited to people fulfilling your order.

AI assistance

General photo consent does not authorize sending photos to an AI provider. Before any such use, Chromelie must identify the actual provider, explain its processing and retention, and request separate consent. Until that process is approved, fulfillment should use human review without sharing photos with external AI services.

Shopify and email processing

Shopify processes storefront, checkout, and order information. The configured email provider processes email submissions and report delivery. The operator must verify the services actually used and complete the necessary disclosures before launch.

Retention and requests

Before opening, the operator must define photo and report retention, deletion procedures, and how privacy requests are handled, along with any information that must be retained for business or legal obligations. Contact Chromelie to ask about access or deletion.

Before launch

Complete the operator identity, processing providers, retention periods, customer rights information, international processing details where relevant, and cookie information based on the store’s actual configuration.
