The service

Chromelie offers a personalized, photo-based color analysis with a human-reviewed digital PDF. The intended launch price is $35 USD. It is a digital service with no physical shipping and is not an instant download.

Your report

The intended report includes an assessed season and subtype where confidently identifiable, a personal color palette, neutrals and accents, styling combinations, general beauty and accessory guidance, and a mobile-friendly reference. Sample images are illustrative and do not represent an actual customer’s result.

Your photos

Send photos of yourself that you are entitled to share, following the photography instructions. Lighting, filters, makeup, camera settings, and photo quality can affect the assessment. Replacement photos may be requested before work proceeds.

Scope

Color analysis provides styling guidance. A particular seasonal label, result, or accuracy level is not guaranteed. Recommendations should be considered alongside your preferences and the limits of photo-based assessment.

Timing and delivery

Our color experts will send your full report within 24 hours of receiving your photos. Reports are delivered privately to the email connected with the order after review. If submitted photos are unsuitable, replacement photos will be requested.

Terms requiring approval

Before accepting orders, confirm the business contact address, cancellation and refund terms, permitted report use, issue-resolution process, and any required legal disclosures. Nothing in this draft is intended to remove rights that apply under law.
